Adani Enterprises board approves demerger of food FMCG business; to integrate with Adani Wilmar

 

Adani Enterprises Demerger Food Business

Adani Enterprises will split its food and FMCG business into a separate company, Adani Wilmar.

This will allow Adani Enterprises to focus on its core infrastructure business.

Adani Wilmar will become an independent company focusing on food products.

Shareholders of Adani Enterprises will also own shares in Adani Wilmar.

Both companies reported strong financial results for the quarter.
